The NormanNetworksITS Forums have been due for a little love for a while now and I've decided that today is as good of a time as any. We'll be decommissioning some under-utilized sections, have already cleaned up some entirely unused sections, and have made a few positioning adjustments - details below!
The Re-Shuffle
Most notably, the Help & Support category has been moved up on the forum list as that is the primary feature of the NormanNetworksITS website and forums. While it is true that this section is - to date - also essentially unused, this change allows the shift in focus for the purpose of the website and forums overall.
Additionally, the Communities feature has been turned back off because all but one community was entirely unused. The previous RuneScape community has been reverted back to a RuneScape category and moved down the list, though even this change to the RuneScape section is not permanent as I'm about to get in to.

Effective immediately, these forums have been restricted and will no longer allow new threads to be created though you may still continue to post on existing threads until 30-June. Then, from 30-June, the sub-forums will become read-only through 31-July to allow all users to collect/self-archive any desired content. Finally, from 31-July the forums will be removed to archived status in the system and will become inaccessible.
A replacement for these forums exists on the RSPClan Forums, a RuneScape-based clan/fan site, which are public to non-clan members if these topics interest you.
PC Games Community

Due to lack of interest and zero content within this community/forum, it has been archived and removed immediately.
Console Games Community

Due to lack of interest and zero content within this community/forum, it has been archived and removed immediately.
Cross-Platform Games Community

Conclusion
I do have some plans for the future of NormanNetworksITS, the website, and the forums though I have no idea when I'll be able to put all that together. I have to keep my day job so that the bills are paid and that eats nearly every bit of time and energy I have to work on the projects I'd like to see come through. That being said, for now the plan is to simply downsize during this period of low engagement and ride the wave and allow everything to be figured out in time.
