It's been ages! What's changing?

Almost everything - from the ground, up. It might be better to itemize, so here we go:

• Message Center
  • Conversations with your friends will no longer "expire" or disappear from your Message Center after any amount of time
  • A new Friends List, which accompanies the Ignore List, to allow quicker composition of new conversations with the people you message most
  • The ability to delete a conversation when you're done with it
• User Groups (and the Forums)
  • User accounts and their access levels around the site will be changed from a hierarchy system to a user group system to allow users to have access to site features and functionality without giving it to everyone or without giving them more access than they need

I like the idea of this site, but... what about privacy laws?

We aim for NormanNetworksITS 3.0 to be as compliant as possible with various privacy rules and regulations and will continue to work diligently to rectify any gaps in that compliance as we become aware of them. The safety and privacy of our users is important and we always welcome any feedback to how we can improve or address any concerns that anyone may have.

When will this go down?

I don't have a specific date in mind to give ample time to test everything as thoroughly as I can before I publish the changes. It could be a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on the amount of time I have between my day job and life in general. Rest assured, I am working on it.
