Server Performance Issues - Fixed!

Update: 17-Jan-2021 14:49 - The issue has been identified and resolved. The server was experiencing packet loss in excess of fifty percent! The network patch cables to the server have been replaced and router configuration adjusted which has resulted in correction of the packet loss and has restored normal server performance. The server is now performing and responding as expected.

A performance issue has been identified where the server is not sending a valid response to the client browser in some situations. This is causing activity to appear to "hang" when submitting information or navigating/loading pages until your browser reports that no response was received. In other cases, the browser receives some data from the server but not enough to finish parsing and displaying pages.

If you experience a "hang" while loading pages or navigating the site, try refreshing your browser window. This will usually resolve the problem.

If you experience a "hang" while submitting information, such as a new user registration or while sending messages to other users, refreshing could duplicate submissions and should be avoided. Instead, please navigate to another page and then back to the message or interface you were working with. You should find that your content will still have submitted successfully.
