We previously mentioned some upcoming changes to NormanNetworks that involved increased security measures and removal of all data. After considerable review, we've found a way to implement the security changes without data removal! 😀

Ahh, it's August - Summer is beginning to wind down. School is back in, but before the grills cool down completely - we've made a few updates around NormanNetworksITS to keep things spicy!

Forums
NormanNetworksITS has previously created and hosted various community features, including user-to-user (private) messaging, forums (message boards), and more. We have now moved to using forum software powered by Polestar - a community suite that brings all of the features mentioned previously, as well as many of the behind-the-scenes ones that are not mentioned but required to make those products run in terms of community and user safety, together in a much more improved and streamlined way.
Concerns about this change are anticipated, so I've taken some time to address those that I've predicted right inside the new forum software.

We provide technical support for information systems ranging from personal computers to small business servers and workstations. Hardware and operating system troubleshooting and support may be available.
You can get started on our forums within the Help & Support section where our knowledgeable Community Helpers and members can begin to give you online advice and support.
